Hiring Roles

As an Accountant

You will manage recurring financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and operational reporting while supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes that inform global business decisions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years in accounting or financial operations
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, Airbase, and Google Sheets

As a US Controller

You will oversee daily accounting operations, cost accounting, budgeting, ERP utilization, and financial strategy while working closely with the CFO and leading a small accounting team within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in a Controller role with strong accounting foundation
  • 8–10 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience
  • 3–5 years in manufacturing finance
  • CPA license required
  • Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks

As an AU Tax Accountant

You will review tax controls, manage BAS and GST reporting, ensure compliance, and maintain financial accuracy across Australian entities and large-scale projects.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting (CPA-eligible required)
  • 3–5 years of AU accounting and taxation experience
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with accounting systems

As a Portfolio Accountant

You will prepare and analyze financial statements, integrate multi-source data, automate reporting, and deliver dashboards that provide insights into portfolio performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years in investment, portfolio, or fund accounting
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and reporting automation

As a US Tax Specialist

You will manage day-to-day US tax functions, prepare and review returns, support R&D tax credits, maintain tax calendars, and improve tax systems and workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum experience (5 preferred)
  • 5 years preparing US tax returns (Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, K-1s)
  • Strong federal and state tax compliance experience
  • Experience supporting R&D tax credits
  • Proficiency in Intuit ProConnect; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus

As a Senior Accountant (Global / AU / Construction / Property)

You will lead financial reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax preparation, and compliance while delivering accurate, timely insights across diverse industries and portfolios.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience

  • Experience with payroll processing, BAS preparation, and reconciliations

As an Assistant Audit Manager

You will manage audit engagements, direct audit teams, ensure compliance with international reporting standards, and uphold quality assurance across the audit lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent professional qualification completed
  • 4–5 years of external audit experience
  • Background in a Big Four or reputable audit firm preferred

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in finance leadership or management

As an Intermediate Accountant / Intermediate AU Tax Accountant

You will prepare financial statements, reconciliations, tax returns, and regulatory submissions while supporting compliance and advisory engagements.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of accounting or AU tax experience
  • Accounting degree; CA/CPA completed or in progress
  • Experience with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of GST, BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and Division 7A

As a Senior AU Tax Accountant / AU Tax Manager

You will lead end-to-end Australian tax compliance, advisory services, process improvements, and mentor junior professionals while delivering strategic value.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Australian taxation experience
  • CPA qualification required
  • Strong expertise in GST, FBT, CGT, Division 7A
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with Xero, MYOB, HandiTax, or similar platforms

As an AU Paraplanner

You will prepare Statements of Advice, model financial strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support advisers through Xplan while collaborating with global financial planning teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of AU paraplanning experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Xplan
  • Understanding of AFS regulations and adviser operations
  • RG 146 accreditation is an advantage
  • Degree in Financial Management or related field
